The Short Fuse Crew Returns is the second subquest of the When the Fireworks Bloom questline in Infinity Nikki, located at Firework Isles in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom.
Before starting this quest, you must finish the Sparkle & Blast Surprise quest, a part of the When the Fireworks Bloom quest.
How To Complete Short Fuse Crew Returns Subquest?
To begin the quest, you need to head towards the Fireworks Workshop at Firework Isle to meet and talk to Opera, Vita, and Marques Jr.
There, you will learn that the Short Fuse Crew has taken Scintillaa and Vita’s Ice Sparkle and the direction they’re headed, i.e., Fireworks Peak.
Now, you need to chase down the Short Fuse Crew to Fireworks Peak Warp Spire.
If you have not unlocked the Warp Spire, you must ascend to the mountain Songbreeze Highland’s peak to access the area.
This is where it gets wild. The crew escapes using the hot air balloon, and you will need to hop in one yourself to chase the fleeing crew.
Now, use your floating ability and hop across balloons to reach the largest style-shaped balloon while using the trail of Blings to guide you in the right direction.
How To Reach The Largest Style-Shaped Balloon?
As said before, you must hop across different balloons to reach the largest one.
Once at the location, you must jump into one of the balloons to your nearest and pull the string to go higher.
After landing on the first balloon, you must reach the orange balloon and, from there, jump onto the foot of the giant dog-shaped balloon.
The next balloon is the dog head-shaped one, and the large blue balloon next. The trail of Blings will be there and will guide you in the right direction.
You must hop across several balloons until you reach the one shaped like a ship, where you will also find a Warp Spire. Continue ahead until you spot a bee-shaped balloon. Hop onto it and pull the string again to go higher. Use the nearby dog-shaped balloon feet to reach the magenta one.
Your next stop is the head of the dog-shaped balloon, which you will reach via its feet. Finally, to reach the largest style-shaped balloon, hop across the ears of the rabbit-shaped balloon.
The crew will try to flee yet again, but you must cross balloons to avoid exploding fireworks. The path to the crew is zigzag, so you need to keep heading toward the orange balloons. But keep in mind you still need to avoid the fireworks.
In the end, Marques Jr. will come to your rescue with a knife, completing the quests The Short Fuse Crew Returns Infinity Nikki.
After you complete this quest, you will earn 100X Shiny Bubbles, 1X Resonite Crystal, and 12,000X Bling rewards.
