Through the Lies of P Overture DLC, players get access to new gestures that can be found in the game.
They are used to express emotions as characters, assist you in solving problems, and at times are needed to earn achievements or trophies.
Gestures differ from each other and are unlocked by visiting new locations or interacting with people and objects around the game.
Play Dead
Play Dead is one of the gestures in Lies of P Overture that lets your character fall to the ground and look lifeless.
Players can find it in Early in the Overture DLC, almost immediately after starting the new content.

Tap Dance
To Tap Dance is to rhythmically stomp and tap your feet. In order to do this gesture, players should interact with the clown puppet found in an arcade building.
Additionally, the last gesture will only happen if you do it in a certain spot, which demonstrates the relationships between them.
Cheer
Cheer is a way of showing celebration by raising the character’s arms. It is possible to spot the quest in one area or involved in talking with a specific NPC.
Players can find it in a side area after you leave the arcade. Look for a room or hallway off the main route; the gesture is inside.

Doubt
A gesture of doubt usually appears in spots that are less clear, and it calls for the player to explore further.
To unlock this gesture, you must talk to three Crusher Puppets scattered through the area. After speaking with all three, you will receive the Doubt gesture.
Heart
The character makes a heart shape with their hands; often tied to NPCs or special events.
It enhances emotional expression and role-playing opportunities. To get this gesture, complete the Rosaura questline.
After finishing her quest, you will obtain a reward with the Heart gesture.

Deep Bow
A respectful bow to others; found in the DLC’s more formal or significant locations.
To get this gesture, progress through the story until you reach a significant hall or ceremonial location.
The gesture is found here, often in a chest or as a reward for defeating a mini-boss
Shiver
You can easily see that the character is cold or frightened. Players can use this gesture only after they read the detailed instructions found in a separate guide.
You can gain this achievement by completing particular steps and getting a trophy.
It is in the DLC and may require performing a specific action or solving a minor puzzle in its location.

Peer into Distance
The character looks far ahead, shading their eyes. Typically found in vantage points or lookout areas.
This gesture is located near the end of the DLC, often at a vantage point or lookout area.
You may need to search for a spot with a wide view or a balcony; the gesture will be available there.
