Newsletter Signup For Rematch Early Access
The most straightforward way to “early access” is to sign up for the official newsletter on the Rematch beta registration page.
This chance will give you a beta key to the closed beta, which will take place between April 18 and April 21, 2025.
Sloclap began distributing beta keys to newsletter subscribers throughout the day on April 17, 2025.
Due to overwhelming interest, the beta period was extended from 36 hours to 65 hours, running from 3 PM UTC on April 18 until 8 AM UTC on April 21.
The beta goes live on April 18; however, registering on April 17 will get you into key distribution while distribution is ongoing.
Be warned, though: keys are limited and not guaranteed to all.
Steam Playtest Request: An Alternative Approach
Another method involves requesting playtest access directly through the Rematch Steam page.
You will be added to the queue for the “REMATCH Playtest” and notified whenever additional slots become available.
Just keep in mind that this selection is solely Sloclap’s discretion, and with the ongoing closed beta, only limited slots are available.
Content Creator Program Via Lurkit
For content creators, there is a dedicated path through the Content Creator Program on Lurkit.
As announced by the official @PlayRematch account on April 13, 2025, creators can sign in via Lurkit for not just early access beta keys but also a free copy of the full game.

This option is purely tailored for content creators who intend to showcase Rematch to their audience.
Guaranteed Early Access: Pre-Purchase Options
For guaranteed early access without waiting too long before official release, pre-purchase the Steam Pro or Elite Edition.
Starting June 16, 2025, pre-purchases come with 72 hours earlier access.
In addition, these pre-purchases enjoy certain exclusives, such as cosmetic items, as explained on the game’s Steam page.
Presently, beta access is meant for PC players alone via Steam. The full game will be released for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on June 19, 2025.
However, for now, all these early access opportunities mentioned above are focused on PCs through Steam. Create an active Steam account to take advantage of these early access options.
