5 Challenges In Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 “Rob a Vault”
Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2, also known as the “Lawless” update, introduces a heist-themed season with new vaults, weapons, and challenges.
The new season also came up with the new Kickstart Quest, which offers different challenges for players to explore;
- Visit Crime City, Lonewolf Lair, Seaport City, or Masked Meadows
- Collect Thermite from Outlaw Vending Machines or Go-bags
- Plant Thermite on Bank Vaults, Armored Transports, or the Armored Train
- Damage Vault Weakspots While Opening a Vault
- Collect and Spend a Dill Bit
If you want to unlock every reward from the Battle Pass, the best way is to complete all available quests.
How To Damage Vault Weakspots In Fortnite?
To complete the “Rob a Vault” Kickstart Quests, start by visiting one of the following locations: Crime City, Lonewolf Lair, Seaport City, or Masked Meadows.
You can land or travel to any of these locations, and the first quest shall be complete. For the second challenge, you must collect Thermite, essential for breaking into a vault.
Thermite can be found in a Vending Machine for 100 gold bars or find it inside Go bags. After you get Thermite, you need to plant it in a Bank Vault.
As Bank Valuts has a fixed location, it should be easy for you. Head inside the building and go downstairs to get to the vault. You need to plant the Thermite in the vault in order to activate the weak spot.
A progress bar will appear at the top of your screen after the Thermite placement, indicating how long it will take to open. Meanwhile, you can speed up the process by shooting the weak spots near the Thermite.
And finally, for the last part of the quest, you need to collect the Dill Bit from the vault and spend it. The new currency, i.e., Dill Bitcoins, can be used at any of the three Black Markets to buy Muthic Weapons.
However, you need to be catious because only Thermite purchased from a Vending Machine counts toward the quest—picking it up from the ground won’t progress your objective.
