The romance progresses in “A Talk With a Lady,” where their chemistry is noticeable, and in “A Prayer For Omi,” a boat trip to Shirahige Shrine.
During “A Prayer For Omi,” when Lady Oichi asks, “What would you do if you knew your castle would fall tomorrow?” select “I would spend my last night with you” to advance the romance, though she notes, “It can never be,” due to social standings.
In “The Wheel Unmasked,” when discovering Lady Oichi’s involvement with The Mourner, she chooses to spare her as Yasuke for a more amicable interaction, which supports the romance.
This choice doesn’t change her fate but maintains a positive relationship.
The romance culminates in “The Wheel Turns” on Cat Island. After talking to Lady Oichi’s daughters, decide whether to leave a dog with them or take it (this choice doesn’t affect the outcome).
Then, choose “Let’s enjoy the moment” to make the romance official, ending with Yasuke waking up covered in cats, symbolizing their bond.
