Bungie, the developer of Destiny 2, has launched an inclusive Pride Month celebration update for June 2025.
The update provides players with a variety of in-game rewards and opportunities to show support for LGBTQIA+ communities.
Additionally, players can redeem a new Pride-themed shader for free by entering a special code in Destiny 2 during June.
Code For The Pride Shader Pack In Destiny 2
To celebrate Pride Month 2025, Bungie has introduced the Prismatic Expanse shader in Destiny 2.

Players can obtain the Prismatic Expanse shader by redeeming a special code on Bungie’s Code Redemption page.
You will see a prompt to enter a code, where players should enter: D6T-3JR-CKX.
The code can be redeemed only once and is available for a limited time, so be sure to claim it before the offer ends.
However, it states that you’ve claimed an emblem instead of a shader, which is a minor error from the developers, and no emblem is actually unlocked.

After redeeming it, head to the Special Deliveries kiosk in the Tower within the game to pick up the shader pack.
Additional Freebies In The Pride Update
In addition to the Prismatic Expanse shader, Bungie has also released other Pride-themed items for free.
Players can obtain the Rainbow Connection Emote and the End of the Rainbow Transmat Effect by redeeming the codes TK7-D3P-FDF and R9J-79M-J6C, respectively.

Bungie is also offering the Pride Collectible Pin 2.0, which is available for purchase on the Bungie Store.
Each purchase includes the Infinite Prismatic emblem, and a portion of the proceeds supports organizations advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights.
Additionally, $5.50 from every purchase of the Pride Shader Pack will be donated to the Advocates for Trans Equality Education Fund.
The Pride Shader Pack includes the Indivisible, Boundless, Tenth Muse, and True Self shaders.
The Pride Month update in Destiny 2 has received a variety of reactions from the community.
Many players have expressed appreciation for Bungie’s efforts to celebrate inclusivity through in-game cosmetics.
Despite some positive feedback, many in the community have expressed dissatisfaction, claiming it pushes a political or social agenda.
Furthermore, not all players relate to or support LGBTQIA+ themes, which has led to disagreement with the focus of the update.
